Mag. Martin Wohlmuth, lic.oec.HSG, Founder & CEO

Mr. Martin Wohlmuth has 17 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience in CEE and is founder & CEO of EMB. Within EMB he managed hundreds of privatization-, M&A- and consulting projects as well as trading and project finance in CEE, mainly in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria and former GDR.

Besides EMB, Mr. Wohlmuth holds various board-member, directorships and investments. Mr. Wohlmuth is also CEO and Founder of KAMPAG Maschinen- & Anlagenbau GmbH, Co-Founder of EMBR, partner of the KONSULT PARTNER GROUP and Honorary President of the society for external economics relations of the city of St. Petersburg.

Mr. Wohlmuth holds a master degree of the University of St.Gallen (HSG), where he graduated in 1990 (accounting and finance) and of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Before founding EMB he was Research Assistant at the Institute of Public Finance of the University of St.Gallen (HSG). Mr. Wohlmuth was born in 1965 in Bregenz, Vorarlberg, is married and has been living in Vienna since 1991.

Florian Stermann, Founder & CEO

Mr. Florian Stermann has 17 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience in CEE and is founder and CEO of EMB. Within EMB he managed hundreds of privatization-, M&A- and consulting projects as well as trading and project finance in CEE, mainly in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Romania, Bulgaria and former GDR.

Besides EMB, Mr. Stermann holds various board-member, directorships and investments. He is also co-founder and managing president of the Austrian-Russian Friendship Society (ORFG),  CEO and Founder of KAMPAG Maschinen- & Anlagenbau GmbH and EMBR, shareholder of SCHNEIDERS-VIENNA and partner of the KONSULT PARTNER GROUP.

Mr.Stermann was born in 1964 in Vienna, is married and has 3 children.
